We are recruiting for a Maintenance Joiner to work on a mobile basis across Greater Manchester (and M62 corridor) on commercial, healthcare and educational facilities.
The work will involve maintenance, minor fitting and small works and fire door tasks.

On Offer:
Permanent position
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days
up to 34k basic depending on qualification level plus overtime
Van supplied
On-call TBC

Maintenance Joiner Description:
Completing room modifications on educational and healthcare facilities, works involved:
Minor fitting duties
Small works joinery
Fabric Maintenance – building services
PPM’s and building upkeep
Repair works to existing fittings
General overlap with maintenance works during quiet periods
Fire door modifications
Compliance checks
Minor plumbing if required

Requirements:
Qualified Joiner, Shopfitter
Experience of roles covering fitting works
Experience of fabric maintenance
Working on occupied sites
General fabric trade experience including flooring, basic painting etc.
Valid driving license
Current or able to secure a DBS due to nature of the site
Ideally FIRAS but not essential
