We are recruiting for a Maintenance Air Conditioning Engineer based in Yorkshire covering the maintenance of multiple commercial, retail and estate contracts across region (M62/M1). 
The role is a permanent position paying circa 40k basic plus competitive package, half hour each way travel, Mon-Fri 40 hours per week, plenty of overtime (paid at x1.5 / x2.0) optional, On-call TBC – 1 in 4, 25 days holiday plus statutory, Van with personal use, Life cover, company sick pay etc.
The role will be providing AC-R Building Services maintenance to each facility via PPM and reactive works plus compliance and small works projects.

Air Conditioning Engineer duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Split systems
Chiller units
Condensers
Overlap with refrigeration
AHU’s, Fan Coil Units
General Mechanical plant room
Compliance checks
General maintenance works
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
 
Requirements:
A qualified AC-R Engineer
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Plant room – PPM and reactive
Multiskilled background – including AHU and fan coil works etc
Valid driving license
F-Gas
Experience of Commercial facilities
