We are currently working with a very high-profile international client who are a leading facilities management provider in the UK. They require experienced Chefs – minimum CDP level for their contract catering operation in Thirsk. This is a temp contract for a period starting 2nd September and running until the first week of October, but this may be extended beyond this date if you are happy to do so. You will be part of a larger chef brigade but be expected to work independently as and when required. It is crucial that you are comfortable following spec lists for meal preparation and are fully understanding of all relevant health & safety food hygiene requirements. With this in mind you must have a Food Hygiene Certificate minimum level 2. Rate of pay is £14.00 per hour PAYE or £17.00 per hour if you choose to be paid via an Umbrella pay roll company. With this being a temp chef role,you can decide whether you just want to work a couple of shifts per week or if you want to work full time hours for the duration.
