Position: Multi-Skilled Engineer
Location: Static Site – Horsham
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience)
Type: Permanent

About the Role: Our client, a leading company in the building services sector, is seeking a skilled and dedicated engineer to join their team. In this static site position, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and servicing the building facilities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance and repair work on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Perform inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Work collaboratively with the facilities team to maintain a safe and operational environment.

Requirements:

• 17th or 18th Edition qualification.
• Must have recognized electrical qualifications.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building services and systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
