We are recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer based in the Edinburgh area covering the maintenance of multiple commercial, retail and commercial contracts across region.
The role is a permanent position paying circa 40k basic plus competitive package, half hour each way travel, Mon-Fri 40 hours per week,
On call TBC – £115pw standby + x1.5, (Mon – Sat) x2 (Sun) and x3 rates (B/H)
5% pension
25 days AL + 8 BH
Staff discounts
Electric vans supplied plus electric chargers installed at their home address if off road for free and contributions towards electricity bills. 

Air Conditioning Engineer duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Split systems
Chiller units
Condensers
Overlap with refrigeration
AHU’s, Fan Coil Units
General Mechanical plant room
Compliance checks
General maintenance works
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
 
Requirements:
A qualified AC-R Engineer
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Plant room – PPM and reactive
Multiskilled background – including AHU and fan coil works etc
Valid driving license – no more than 6 points
F-Gas
Experience of Commercial facilities
