We are recruiting for an resident maintenance electrician to join a dedicated maintenance and engineering team within a prestigious commercial facility in the Perth area.
The role is a permanent position paying 40k basic
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week. Based off a split shift pattern (07:00 – 15:00 then 10:00 – 19:00)
Plenty of overtime available.
Parking on site
On call (frequency circa 1 in 4) £100 standby payment – van available as it will involve a smaller satellite site when on call
25 days holiday plus stat
4%/4% pension
Training and progression opportunities (supervisory and lead options available)
Maintenance Electrician:
Team member of a maintenance team delivering technical planned and reactive maintenance within a highly prestigious facility and estate
PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across building services plant
Lighting and emergency lighting
Compliance checks
Ensure all tasks are risk assessed through site specific or dynamic risk assessments
Monitor the BMS
Continuously review the systems and identify areas for improvement and energy reduction
Diagnose faults effectively and make good whenever possible.
Overlap with Mechanical, HVAC and fabric where needed
Electrical small works
Lifecycle repairs
Requirements:
Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1&2)
Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance works
Plant room experience
18th edition
Client facing
Previous experience of compliance checks
Previous experience of commercial grade buildings
Able to pass a DBS
Valid driving license
