We are partnering with a FM company to enhance their Central Sales Operations. We’re seeking an experienced Business Director to lead, manage, and develop the team while ensuring that financial and operational goals are not only met but exceeded. You’ll also play a key role in expanding our client’s customer base.
Do you have leadership and sales experience in facilities services, real estate, construction, or a related industry? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This role involves overseeing service delivery, managing customer relationships, taking ownership of P&L, ensuring QHSE and regulatory compliance, and leading people and talent management. You’ll also drive operations management and business development.
As the Business Director, you will manage day-to-day operations while providing strategic leadership for your region. This includes driving sustainable and profitable growth from existing customers through additional works and projects, as well as securing new business. You’ll take a leading role in sales and solution development.

In sales, you’ll shape strategic direction, manage pipelines, and empower the business development team to achieve growth targets. Financially, you’ll be responsible for P&L, ensuring targets are met through efficient cost control and revenue management. You’ll also oversee procurement strategy and vendor management.
Your supervisory role will involve line management across operations, sales, and projects, including recruitment, performance management, and fostering a culture aligned with our company values. Leading by example, you’ll set the standard for excellence and drive success across the region.
