Package for Head Chef- Up to £50,00 per year plus O/T for events paid at time and a half pay per hourMonday to Friday 7am-3.30pm operation Food is provided on siteChef whites provided and the site also do the laundry and delivered back every Monday

Job Details- Head Chef- Hospitality and fine dining 40% and staff dining 60%, 90% people based on site howeverFine dining dinners twice per week for max 15 peopleBrigade of 9
Job Brief- As a head chef, you’ll be reporting directly to the General Manager but be fully responsible for the day to day management of the kitchen operation and also leading the brigade.
You will be hands on in food production/cocking and also developing the brigade.
As Head Chef will be on charge of menu developingOther duties include creating weekly rotas, due diligence, health and safety and food safety, cost control, managing a GP.
The Ideal Head Chef will have proven experience in a similar environment and have excellent people management skills. We are open on background
