We are recruiting for several foot mobile Engineers to cover a cluster of commercial buildings across Oxford Circus and surrounding streets in providing building services upkeep and PPM works. The role is a permanent position paying up to 45k basic.
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week with a large amount of overtime available.

We are looking for two principle engineer biases and can accept applciants with either of these backgrounds:

Maintenance Electrician:
Electrical PPM and reactive works
Electrical compliance
Lighting and emergency lighting
Power and distribution

Mechanical Maintenance / Plumber:
Commercial plumbing and leak repair
Mechanical plant room upkeep
AHU and FCU PPM’s

Requirements:
Qualified Engineer in either of the above
Up to date qualifications relevant to either of the above
Able to cover foot mobile contract – central London
Previous experience of Maintenance / Facilities Management / Building Services sectors
Good client facing skills
Need to pass a short technical test
