We are recruiting for a Technical Services Manager / Hard Facilities Manager to oversee the Hard FM within a large scale estate in the Kinsale area. You will play a key role in managing service delivery for Engineering operations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The role is a permanent position paying a basic of up to 72k Euros plus package and benefits. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week. Technical Services Manager / Hard Facilities Manager
Manage day-to-day operations of all hard services, including statutory and mandatory tasks
Lead the Technical Team, manage subcontractor relationships, and provide expert advice to the Account Support Manager
Build and maintain client relationships,
Implement and maintain business improvement and process improvement initiatives
Support client in consolidating the Ireland portfolio through demobilisation and asset management strategies
Increase penetration into under-developed sites insofar as building the relationships with on-site client teams in order to be the first point of contact for additional works over and above contracted works.• Oversee engineering maintenance, including contract work and compliance with standards.
• Develop, implement, and manage energy policies and the Permit to Work system.
• Ensure legislative and safety compliance, including staff training and contractor management.
• Handle reactive maintenance both during and outside normal operating hours.
• Provide expert advice and manage the performance monitoring systems.
Requirements:
• Experience in critical environments, preferably Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or manufacturing.
• Building services and plant engineering expertise.
• BIFM Level 5 or Engineering Degree.
• Proven ability to manage a maintenance team and achieve SLA targets.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with H&S and legislative requirements.
