We are recruiting for a Maintenance Planner at a large scale facility in the Kinsale area, you play a vital role in assisting with site asset management strategy and the delivery of asset maintenance and integrated FM services. Your responsibilities include coordinating and planning technical service delivery, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and driving improvement initiatives within the contractors group. The role is a permanent position paying up to 65k Euros (DPE) plus benefits. Mon-Fri circa 40 hours per week.
Maintenance Planner:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery improvement initiatives by overseeing all aspects of building services (Electrical and Mechanical) activity in the area.
Coordinate engineer suppliers, ensuring site availability for work, and meet and greet technical suppliers.
Implement safe systems of work, including risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, and safe isolations.
Respond to emergency calls promptly and assist in the development of asset improvement plans.
Coordinate and plan all area tasks, feeding into the site-wide planning model using Maximo.
Assess supplier technical reports and raise quotations for any remedials required.
Maintain a structured filing system for subcontractors, including purchase orders, qualification documentation, service level agreements, and maintenance/inspection reports.
Assist in good budget management.
Requirements:
Highly customer-focused with the ability to motivate and drive performance in teams to deliver high standards of service and cost-effectiveness.
In-depth knowledge of engineering (M&E / HVAC) applications and processes, with the ability to transfer skills across technical and soft disciplines.
IT literate and proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems such as Maximo.
Understanding of risk management and health, safety, and environmental practices.
Familiarity with the services delivered by FM and their impact on customers.
Understanding of heavily regulated environments.
Former electrical engineering/quals would be advantageous
