We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician completing PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple facility types in the Greater Manchester area.
You will be expected to have good all – round knowledge of other FM disciplines and general maintenance.
The role is a Permanent position paying circa 36k-38k basic. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.
Van supplied with personal use
32 days holiday (inc BH)
Matched pension
Overtime available
Greater Manchester travel only

Duties & Responsibilities
Completing electrical maintenance across healthcare, educational and commercial facilities.
To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements
To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service
To support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines
Basic mechanical and fabric tasks where required
Compliance checks
Small works projects
Checking/testing own work

Skills & Background Required
Recognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3
Willing to complete general building services and plant maintenance
18th edition
Test and inspection is advantageous
Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment
Must be presentable and reliable
DBS will be required
Driving license
