Package for Sous Chef
- Salary up to £43,000 including service charge (£400-£500 per month)·

Job Brief for Sous chef- As a sous chef, you’ll be reporting directly to the executive chef. You will be working together with another sous chef and be responsible for the day to day management of the kitchen operation and leading the brigade. As sous chef you will be hands on in food production/cooking and leading a brigade of 11 staff. All food and produce are made in house from using locally sourced food. Other duties include creating weekly rotas, due diligence, health and safety and food safety, cost control, managing a GP.
The Ideal sous Chef will have proven experience in a similar environment and have excellent people management skills. We are open on background
