Here at PRS Recruitment we are looking for a Postroom Assistant to work with our client located in the Slough area. The site is located a 15 minute walk away from Burnham station. 

The role is a Monday to Friday role, working 08:00 to 16:00 and pays £26208.00 per annum.

You will:

• Support facilities  team onsite.
• Cover  post room duties and front of house support if required adhoc.
• Deliver  various administrative tasks across both, including ordering supplies for the post room when running low.
• Perform your duties by  multitasking  in sorting incoming post and outgoing post/parcels within daily deadlines(please note some large parcel handling will be required).
• Ensure  all documentation is kept up to date and processes followed across both the post room and reception, to make sure we are achieving a great service to our client.
• Ensure that all the incoming post is distributed daily to the appropriate department/people.
• Respond to emails in a timely manner

It is imperative that the person is a good team player and can be flexible when required. This role is full time however does require a great deal of flexibility in duties across the roles.
