Package for Sous Chef
- Salary up to £40,000 including tronc (potential to be more depending on business levels)
- Contracting at 45 hours per week

Company Information – this client is an exciting growing multi-site restaurant company based in London. They offer a modern Mediterranean cuisine with a real passion of working with fresh ingredients. They intend to make your dining experience feel like home away from home.
Job Brief for Sous chef- As a sous chef, you’ll be reporting directly to the head chef. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the kitchen operation and leading the brigade alongside the head chef. As sous chef you will be hands on in food production/cooking and leading a brigade of 12 staff. All food and produce are made in house from using locally sourced food. Other duties include creating weekly rotas, due diligence, health and safety and food safety, cost control, managing a GP.
The Ideal sous Chef will have proven restaurant experience in a similar environment and have excellent people management skills.
