About the Company: PRS Recruitment Services are a leading Built Space, Facilities, Hospitality and Property recruitment company with offices throughout the UK and Texas USA.
About the Role: Due to on-going developments, growth and expansion we are looking to add a new member to the team, to develop, grow and target the Education and Healthcare sectors specifically, developing and delivering temporary and permanent staffing within Hospitality and Contract Catering.
We have access to large PSL’s within the UK and have a lot of business at your fingertips to bring on. These PSLs are some of the biggest within the hospitality industry and will give you the opportunity to grow a desk quickly.
This is a dual desk with the opportunity to work on both temporary and permanent requirements. If you have a strong passion for business development and growing your own desk then this will be a big advantage when being considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and placing temporary and permanent candidates within the Educations/Healthcare sector of Hospitality and Contract Catering. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, evolve the existing work and relationships, find and develop new works/clients connections, build your relationships with clients/candidates, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating successful placements.
Qualifications:
This position requires strong industry knowledge of Hospitality tied into the Education and Healthcare sectors, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in recruiting for temporary roles.
