Senior Recruitment Consultant – Business Support:- Administration, Help Desk and Facilities Support desk
Salary:- £27,500 – £32,000 + Uncapped Commission – OTE – c£50,000-£60,000

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant providing Business Support & FM support staff at PRS Recruitment Services, your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into temporary and permanent positions, maintaining, building and developing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service

This is a 360 role so includes both the sales and service aspects of a consultant role, just some of the duties are:
- Building an ongoing supplier relationship with key clients
- Identifying, generating and maintaining a pipeline of business within your market, both new and existing
- Building relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues
- Negotiating with clients
- Resourcing for job vacancies
- Meeting with clients and candidates
- Writing job specifications
- Spotting opportunities for short, medium, and long term wins
- Maintaining a high-quality database which allows you to quickly and actively seek out business
- Temporary worker compliance and payroll support.
To succeed in recruitment you need tenacity, a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed. You should be able to deliver professional and credible verbal and written communication to both candidates and clients. It is a rewarding and fast paced environment, you need to be driven to consistently exceed KPI targets. A large part of the role is talking on the phone, you need confidence with the ability to listen and deliver a high quality service to candidates and clients.

Qualifications
Previous experience in the recruitment sector, ideally within Industrial or Business Services, Commercial, Administration and Facilities Services or related industries.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
