Job Title: Electrician’s Mate
Location: Fawley, Hampshire
Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Start Date: Mid-November
Duration: Approximately 1.5 months
Pay Rate: £16ph
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Electrician’s Mate to join the team on a short-term project in Fawley. The role will involve assisting with strip-out work and installing new containment systems. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in electrical work who can support our electricians effectively and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians with strip-out tasks
- Install and secure new containment systems as directed
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Electrician’s Mate or in a similar support role
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and safe work practices
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team
- Punctual and reliable
- CSCS or ECS card
