Head Chef Package:
Monday to Friday
£40,000 per year

Monday and Friday- 150 on site
Tuesday and Wednesday- 400 on site
Thursday 200 on site

Need to drive , no train station around

Staff and Hospitality 
No fine dining lunches or dinner- No evenings
Hospitality such as working lunches
Have an events space that can hold up to 1000 people- have outside vendors/vans come in and Aramark will have once counter i.e. salad bar- when this is open they close they staff restaurant 
40-50 meeting rooms across the building 

Staff Restaurant
Breakfast and lunch service
150-400 covers for breakfast
50-60 covers for lunch 
100 covers on deli bar
Themed counter such as Mexican, Japanese etc.
Home comforts counter (Traditional)
Dessert Counter (3 days per week, P/W Tuesday to Thursday
Salad, Soup, Jackets
Coffee bar- tray bakes, artisan sandwiches, sausage rolls etc

Brigade of 4 chefs and 2 kitchen porters (strong number 2-sous chef)
