Looking for a experinced Head Chef to joing a contract catering for a presdtious client in Central Lodnon, will manage a bribgae of 9 and will be in charge of the staff dining kitnhen
Will be in charge of manu development , hiring
Will work clisely 3 times a week with the executive Chef
800 lunch Tuesday to Thursday
Monday and Friday 600 covers
4 counters, healthy option and one counter ran by company concept and spec- 140 covers
Cafe bar, no hot food, brought in paninis
