We are recruiting for a Fabric tradesperson with a Joinery / Fitting background to complete room modification works on educational and medical facilities.
The work will involve “shopfitting” tasks, joinery and basic plumbing duties and finishing works.
The role is mobile covering across North West England.

On Offer:
Permanent position
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days
32-34k depending on qualification level
Van supplied
Overtime
On-call TBC

Fitter Joiner Description:
Completing room modifications on educational and healthcare facilities, works involved:
“Shopfitting” duties
Bespoke room changes and fittings
Partition walls and screens, surfaces, work areas, storage etc.
Pipework re-routing
Flooring
Repair works to existing fittings
General overlap with maintenance works during quiet periods
Minor / small works projects – fabric biased

Requirements:
Qualified Joiner, Shopfitter or Plumber
Experience of roles covering room fitting, shop-fitting
Working on occupied sites
General fabric trade experience including flooring, basic painting etc.
Plumbing to involve copper pipework etc
Valid driving license
Current or able to secure a DBS due to nature of the site
