Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – City of London
Location: City of London & West End
Salary: £42,000 Plus Overtime
Hours – Days Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London and South of England. PRS is currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a number of commercial sites in the City of London and West End region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance with an all-around understanding of most M&E/Fabric plants. You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary paying up to £42,000, a company vehicle, and a fuel card.

Duties:
- Maintaining/repairing and serving a large variety of AC and refrigeration
- Lead a team of Engineers
- Plant Splits, VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, down flow units and Heat Pumps
- Some minor general maintenance
- HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
- AHU Plant and associated Equipment
- Split System Maintenance
- VRV Servicing
- Chiller Servicing
- AHU Servicing
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) Air-conditioning and refrigeration
- Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
- Experience with VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, Air handling units
- F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
- Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
- Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
- 17th Edition (highly desired)
