Data Centre Critical Shift Technicians
Location: Hertfordshire

Join an established team at one of the world’s leading data hosting companies! Who are currently seeking two Critical Shift Technicians to support their state-of-the-art facilities in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global leader in data hosting, offering excellent benefits and a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and operate critical systems within the data centre.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond to emergencies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in a business-critical environment such as data centres, banking, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Ideally, candidates should be electrically biased. However, mechanically biased engineers with multi-skilled electrical experience will also be considered.
• Full technical qualification including City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent.
• Proactive attitude and readiness to tackle challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
