Hours – Monday to Friday Days 8AM – 5PM

An exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in London. PRS are currently recruiting for an Maintenance Supervisor to work on a Commercial Building located in Sunbury on Thames. The successful candidate will be Electrically or Mechanically qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and ideally hold previous supervisory experience. He or she will effectively manage the day to day operation of the maintenance teams to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the site’s Mechanical and Electrical services, to liaise with client on a day- to-day to ensure client is aware of all activities happening on site. This opportunity will suit someone who is very ambitious and looking to join a company that will fast track their career. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of £47,000, overtime, further training and career progression.
Duties will include:
- Close liaison and working relationship with the Client/Tenants
- Operate all systems within the buildings in a competent, effective, and efficient manner
- Act as the Duty Authorised Person (HV) whilst on duty
- Compile quotations to client
- Have a detailed understanding on BMS systems
- Issue relevant site Permits as part of the Safe System of Work
- Completion of PPM and reactive tasks and update the system.
- Ensure that daily tours are completed and repair or report any defects found via the Landlord/Tenant helpdesk
- Identification of materials required to be ordered in a timely manner

Requirements:
- City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 Electrical installation or recognised equivalent
- 17th or 18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) Registration or Recognised equivalent or
- Approved apprenticeship or appropriate experience within Building Services
- Health & Safety Training
- Previous Supervisory/Management experience is required.
