We are currently working with a key client – one of the leading facilities management companies in the UK who are looking for a Chef to provide chef support for their site just outside of York. This is a full time permanent role with an hourly pay rate of £13.50 per hour, contracted to a minimum of 35 hours per week plus company benefits.
Your role will be to work within a busy contract catering operation for breakfast and lunch service, and you will need to provide some supervision to kithen porters and catering assistants. You would therefore be working daytime shifts on a 3 days on, 3 days off basis.
As the nature of the sites you will be working at are high security, you will be expected to go through a vetting process by the client if you are successful, and this will involve a full DBS check along with a 5 year history work and address check.
