Here at PRS recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity for experienced School Chefs to join our temporary division. We are offering the opportunity to work with one of our clients based in Cambridge and are looking for passionate, hard working and enthusiastic back of house staff to join the kitchen team.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for leading, managing and maintaining in the absence of the head chef
- Producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients
- Confident producing a range of catering from plated fine dining, canapes, working lunches, buffets and food bowl events
- To brief staff on allergens and documentation prior to every service
- Deliver new menu concepts and ideas
- Support the delivery of excellent food preparation and delivery within hospitality and events
About you:
- Have at least 2 years’ experience as a School Chef
- Would have worked in a high volume environment
- Enhanced DBS is a must!
- Have a passion for high quality food
Package
- £14 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 7am – 2:30pm
