Mobile Plumber – Kent – £36,000
Location: Kent
Salary: £35K + Plenty of Overtime
Hours – Days Monday to Friday

Exciting opportunity to work for a FM service provider situated in Kent. PRS are currently looking for a Mobile Plumber to cover a number commercial office contracts covering multiple sites in Kent. The successful candidates will be mechanically/plumbing biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. 

This is a Van Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £35,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.

Duties:

• Complete PPMs in a timely and efficient fashion
• Ensure Reactive works are completed in a timely and efficient fashion
• Basin & Tap Changes
• General Building Service Maintenance
• Minor Fabric Works Fixing Broken Doors/Locks etc.
• Ensuring the site is kept in full working condition
• Ensuring full compliance & Health and Safety are being met
• Provide a positive working environment

Requirements:

• City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
• Able to take part in call out rota
• Experienced as a Plumber
