PRS are seeking to recruit for a Caretaker/Handyperson based in Sunderland. The role is temporary for long term sick cover – Paying £13.21 per hour. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Job Specification:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Keen to learn, shadowing existing staff (caretakers, electrician, mechanical engineer) to gain knowledge/ carry out labouring duties.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Training given to open/close the building.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Enhance DBS required.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with the availability to be flexible and cover an early (6am-2pm) or late (11:30am-7:30pm) shift if necessary, notice would be given in such situations. Also an on call rotation (1 week in 4) – call outs are compensated with overtime.
