Central London | £40,000 + £5,000 Travel Allowance | Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
I’m hiring a foot-mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Central London for a major player in the commercial real estate sector.
The Role:
-Mainly PPMs, with some reactive maintenance, fault finding & repairs
-Client-facing work in high-end commercial offices
✅ Requirements:
-C&G Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical (L2 not accepted)
-Able to work independently & hit the ground running
-Professional, reliable, and confident in client settings
