Chef de Partie – Plymouth
Start Date: End of July
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 2:00pm, Friday 7:00am – 11:00am
Location: Plymouth
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Plymouth! If you’re passionate about food, take pride in producing high-quality dishes, and enjoy working in a supportive, professional environment we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Assisting in menu development and kitchen organisation
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up
- A genuine love for cooking and an eye for detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
⏰ Working Hours: Enjoy a great work-life balance with a daytime schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 7am – 2pm
Friday: 7am – 11am
Evenings and weekends off!
