Hours: 5 over 7 days, shift work 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am
PRS are recruiting for an experienced Front of House Assistant based in Angus, Arbroath
The Company:- Our client is a leading Facility Management and property maintenance company delivering integrated Building and Facilities Management Services, to a number of prestigious clients across the UK.
The Person req:-
Taking orders, serving food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation and combinations in line with brand standards and answer questions about the products. Bar duties, preparing & serving drinks to customers, stock rotation, possible stock checks when required.
Production and delivery of Tea/Coffee & food services.
Booking Accommodation within the mess and taking payment for accommodation together wth production of bills.
Take payment for food services and keep financial records as required.
Cash handling, cashing up of till required. Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise.
Clean back of house areas, crockery and cutlery using equipment when required.
Clean and tidy counter, preparation & cleaning of public areas.
General cleaning duties including dusting, polishing, vacuum cleaning, preparing, and cleaning tables as appropriate. ensure that all cleaning equipment/materials are maintained in a safe, Clean, and efficient working condition.
Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards.
Keep diligent records as required and follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements & company procedures.
