PRS are working with one of the UK’s top facilities management groups who manage the catering operation for multiple contract catering operations across the country and abroad. They require an experienced and highly reliable chef manager for one of their sites based in the Preston area.
This is a full time role with an excellent work life balance opportunity, working 5 days per week, 0730 to 1530. The annual salary for this role is £31,000 to £33,000, with a strong company benefits package. Their is also excellent opportunities for career development within a well known and highly respected international group.
To be considered for the role of Chef Manager you will need-
- A work history that shows good experience in a similar role in a high volume contract catering operation
- An in date Food Hygiene Certificate level 2 or higher.
- Your own transport due to the location of the site
It is essential that you have excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene protocols and procedures and are able to balance office work with managing the kitchen team. This is a role that can be quiet for long periods and then be extremely busy in seconds, so time and people management skills are key.
