Hours – Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM

PRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Fabric Operative. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of their facilities by performing essential routine checks, preventative maintenance tasks, and assisting with reactive works. This position would be ideal for a Fabric Technician currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000 with a potential route into further career progression and training.
Duties:
- Perform routine flushing of all designated water outlets across the ground, adhering to water hygiene procedures and schedules.
- Accurately take and record tap temperatures at specified sentinel outlets, identifying and reporting any anomalies.
- Conduct periodic testing of emergency lighting systems throughout the premises, ensuring full functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Carpentry
- Lamp changing
- Take Tap Temperatures
- Flushing
- PPM’s
- Reactive maintenance
- Assist other engineers onsite as required
- Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic)
- Replace suspended ceiling tiles and clean ceiling grilles
Requirements:
- City & Guilds– Bricklaying, Plastering, Tiling, Painting and Decoration
