Mobile Cleaning Supervisor – South Wales & South West
Covering 14 Sites
Full-Time
£25,750 per year
We are looking for a proactive and organised Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team, supporting 14 sites across South Wales and the South West.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who takes pride in delivering excellent standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on supervisory support across all allocated sites
- Conduct regular site visits and check-ins with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Carry out performance reviews and ongoing development with all cleaning staff
- Support the delivery of high cleaning standards and ensure compliance with company procedures
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience is essential
- A full UK driving licence
- Willingness and ability to travel between multiple sites daily
