Maintenance Electrician – Static
Wellingborough
£40,640 per annum including call out
Permanent position for an electrically biased maintenance engineer, to work as part of a 2 man team on a static site in Wellingborough. This role is working days Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. There is a requirement to be on call once every 2 weeks in this role, however actual call outs are very limited.
Your main duties will include (but not limited to):
- PPM tasks – emergency lighting/Tap Temps/Fire Door and Bay Door Inspections etc
- Minor Reactive works
- Contractor management
- Minor fabric works – for example basic plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets etc).
The ideal candidate will be qualified electrically (City and Guilds or NVQ), with previous experience in a maintenance role, and happy to turn their hand to all aspects of facility maintenance.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £37,000 per annum, plus £140 per week call out fee (1 week in 2), and 25 days annual leave plus stats.
