Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Crawley
Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 + Excellent Overtime
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a reputable FM service provider, supporting a mixed portfolio of commercial sites across Crawley. This role offers a great blend of independence, variety, and strong earning potential thanks to consistent overtime availability.
Role Overview You will deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, covering a broad range of mechanical, electrical, and building services equipment, including:
Mechanical & HVAC Systems
- HVAC plant and associated systems
- Boilers, burners, and combustion plant
- Pumps, valves, pipework, and water systems
Electrical & Building Services
- Electrical distribution
- Lighting and small power
- General fault-finding and minor electrical tasks
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Mechanical qualification (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds in a relevant building services discipline
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within commercial environments
- Competency across electrical and fabric tasks
- Full UK driving licence
