Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Planned and Reactive Mechanical and Electrical services, orchestrating their seamless delivery across the site.
- Unleash your proactive spirit by identifying areas for improvement and swiftly remedying plant faults and defects.
- Undertake Statutory Maintenance Tasks with the precision and expertise that sets us apart.
- Make sure the tools and spares needed for maintenance and reactive tasks are always at your fingertips.
- Be the guardian of safe working practices, crafting Method Statements and Risk Assessments for every task.
- Cultivate strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Present our company’s professional image with pride, embodying excellence at every turn.
- Keep meticulous plant logs, ensuring the heart of our operations is always ready to beat at its best.
- Operate the Permit to Work System with precision, ensuring compliance and safety.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- A technical background or formal education, with HNC/HND/Foundation Degree as an advantage.
- Apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical maintenance, a cornerstone of your expertise.
- BOAS/BG01 training and City and Guilds 236 A&B (2360 parts 1 and 2) or equivalent, showcasing your mastery.
- IET 17th edition and City & Guilds 2394 / 2395 or 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection as your added assets.
- Professional experience in HVAC or technical team leadership, reflecting your competence.
- The ability to think clearly and act decisively even under the most extreme circumstances.
