An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based across Enfield
PRS are currently looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover 2 Healthcare sites across Enfield. The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in building maintenance.
This is a Van Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £40,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.
Duties:
- Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
- Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
- Ensure that sub-contractors perform to meet the requirement of the contract.
- Administer sub-contractor work approvals and safe operation while repair or service is carried out on site.
- Completing logbooks and RAMS
- Attending client meetings
- Emergency lighting testing
- UPS system and associated control systems.
- All Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, lighting systems and Heat exchangers
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 3.
- Good building services knowledge
