Responsibilities
As the Building Services Pumps Manager, you will be responsible for:
✅ Overseeing and managing all aspects of pumping systems, including foul and surface water pumping stations, packaged booster sets, pressurization units, and more.
✅ Conducting hands-on repairs, maintenance, and installations as needed.
✅ Monitoring and assessing system performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly to ensure optimal functionality.
✅ Collaborating with a team of skilled technicians and providing guidance and support when necessary.
✅ Implementing preventive maintenance plans and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
✅ Liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to coordinate projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
✅ Proven experience and expertise in working with a variety of pumping systems.
✅ Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✅ The ability to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
✅ A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
