Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Hammersmith
Location: Hammersmith
Salary: £47,000 + Plenty of Overtime
Hours – Monday to Friday Days 8AM – 5PM
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Hammersmith. PRS are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a Large Commercial Offce Complex located in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static singe person site. Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. In return the company are offering a competitive salary of £47,000, overtime and the chance to work at this very unique and interesting site.
Duties:
- Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
- Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast’s, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers – Re-set
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- Daikin VRV servicing.
Requirements:
- Trade trained with ideally 3 years’ experience in the building services
- City & Guilds Qualified Mechanical
- Has the will and desire to succeed and learn
- Good building services knowledge
- A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Happy to cover a large site
