Self employed Mobile Multi Trader – Central London
Location: Central London
Salary: Day rate – between £225-£250
Hours – Monday to Friday Days 8AM – 5PM
Our client is looking for a Van Mobile Multi Trader to join their team. The candidate will be given a portfolio of Insurance Buildings across Central London and West End. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a fantastic package including Day rate – between £225-£250, clear progression path and career stability.
This is a van mobile role undertaking multi-trade domestic insurance reinstatement works across London. You will collaborate closely with our contracts managers to return homes to their original state after perils such as fire, flood, subsidence and accidents. As the front line of our business, you will deliver consistently excellent property care by offering timely solutions and a customer-first attitude.
My client is holding interviews ASAP!!
Duties:
- Multi-Trade skills
- Painting and decorating
- Wet trades – Plastering/brick laying etc
- Carpentry
- Floor laying
- Roofing
- Window replacement
- Subsidence repairs – desired but not essential
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service/client-facing skills
- Experience and willingness to work across London/within the M25
- Ability to problem solve and think clear under pressure
- Undergo DBS background check for safety and security of clients
Package:
- Day rate – between £225-£250
- Option for priced work
- Permanent position with flexible schedule
- Van hire options (£30 per day)
