• Embrace the challenge of maintaining Boiler/Combustion Services and building systems across the Greater London & Home Counties area.
• Be the driving force behind Planned and Reactive Mechanical and Electrical services, ensuring seamless execution and elevated performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee a high level of service, delivered safely, sustainably, and collaboratively.
• Champion compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and OSHAS 18001 protocols, nurturing a culture of excellence.
• Ensure equipment operates optimally, minimizing downtime, and swiftly addressing any issues.
• Master the art of PPM and Reactive Works, weaving a seamless tapestry of service excellence.
• Safeguard the integrity of our operations through meticulous Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Cultivate relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients, becoming a cornerstone of collaborative success.

Qualifications You Bring:

• Your technical background or formal education sets the stage for your expertise.
• You’re an apprentice in electrical or mechanical maintenance, a testament to your dedication.
• BOAS/BG01 training, City and Guilds 236 A&B (2360 parts 1 and 2), and more – you’re the embodiment of mastery.
• Your toolkit includes IET 17th edition, City & Guilds 2394 / 2395 or 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection.
• Your experience in HVAC or technical team leadership speaks volumes about your competence.
