M&E Multi Skilled Engineer – Cambridge – £50,000

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Plenty of Overtime
Exciting opportunity to work for an established Building Services Company situated in Cambridge. My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be Multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return the company are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 – £50,000, overtime and the chance to work at this flagship site for a leading FM Service Provider.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3 and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You will be required to carry out M&E Planned and Reactive Maintenance on a single person site responsible for all the landlord services. Working as the only engineer on site, you will be required have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and career progression.
Duties:
- Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
- Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
- All Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS and lighting systems.
- Will be required to carry duties on toilets, drainage, tiling and sinks.
- Engineers must be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find.
- Lamp changes
- Ballast changes
- Emergency light testing
Requirements:
- City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations OR City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications
- Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
