Our company is a leading provider of engineering solutions in the region, and we are looking for a skilled and experienced mechanical shift engineer to join our team. As a mechanical shift engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical equipment in our production facility.
In this role, you will be working on a rotating shift pattern, which includes days, nights, and weekends. You will need to be flexible, reliable, and able to work well under pressure. You will also need to have a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, with experience in maintaining and repairing pumps, motors, conveyors, and other industrial equipment.
To be considered for this role, you must have a relevant qualification in mechanical engineering, as well as a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. You should also have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
