About the Role:

As the Contract Supervisor, you’ll be at the helm of our operations, spearheading the delivery of top-notch reactive and planned maintenance services for a prestigious banking institution in London. Picture yourself leading a team of skilled Technicians, ensuring flawless execution, impeccable safety standards, and unparalleled client satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Commanding our Technicians to execute planned preventative maintenance with precision and within designated timelines.
  • Keeping a keen eye on task quality and documentation to guarantee compliance with regulations.
  • Mentoring Technicians in intricate fault diagnosis and resolution techniques.
  • Estimating costs for reactive tasks and ensuring they’re completed promptly.
  • Occasionally rolling up your sleeves to assist with PPM tasks during emergencies or high-demand periods.
  • Maintaining stellar building services standards in commercial settings, championing exceptional customer service and team mentorship.
  • Ensuring seamless service coverage, managing team leaves, and upholding contract terms and safety protocols.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A born leader with a track record of guiding teams, ideally in a Lead Engineer/Supervisor capacity, with extensive experience across industrial, commercial, and domestic systems.
  • Adeptness in executing PPMs aligned with SFG20 or similar benchmarks.
  • Proficiency in overseeing reactive repairs and minor projects.
  • Demonstrated prowess in managing compliance records and certifications.
  • City and Guilds Qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent disciplines; other relevant qualifications will be given due consideration.
  • Familiarity with safe operational procedures, including PTW, RAMS, and risk assessments.
