Electrical Maintenance Engineer – South West London
Location: Nine Elms
Salary: £45,000 + OT
Hours – Monday to Friday Days 8AM – 5PM
PRS are currently looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a Premium Residential Complex located in South West London. The successful candidates will be Electrically qualified (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in Building Maintenance.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Building Maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of £45,000 plus Plenty of Overtime

Duties:
- You will be carrying out hands on maintenance of primary electrical equipment in plant rooms and within common parts of a Super Prime residential/mixed use development.
- Conducting fault detection and repairing various electrical equipment.
- PPM and Reactive Maintenance
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical plant faults responsibly, while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Performing efficient servicing, fault diagnosis, and repair work on electrical systems according to current standards.
- Submitting clear, concise, and accurate reports detailing the work undertaken.
- Participate in building shutdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide technical support for electrical systems and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities, keeping accurate records.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within either prime residential or high-end hotel environments.
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
- City and Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection
- City and Guilds 18th Edition
- Excellent IT Skills and proficiency working via a PDA/mobile device and writing reports.
