·       The work will consist of PPM and fault finding & fixing across our client’s facilities. As this is a multi-skilled role, this will cover mechanical & electrical whilst also building, fabric & some basic plumbing maintenance where necessary.

·       Basic commercial building service installation & maintenance – building fabric, electrical, HVAC & plumbing;

·       Close / update completed reactive PPM tasks

·       Maintain standards to maximise operation effectiveness and reliability of the building and associated systems

·       Assist specialist subcontractor’s requirements for PPM & reactive works;

·       Inspect the condition of service and proactively deal with callouts / repairs as and when required;

·       Carry out tasks within typical building environments – high level, platforms ladders;

·       Use all work equipment and PPE accordingly and ensure H&S procedures are followed;
