Are you a versatile and skilled engineer with electrical qualifications looking for a dynamic role in facilities maintenance? We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in a mobile role, covering Swindon and the surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and general building services across multiple sites.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance calls, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure all systems are operating at optimal performance.
  • Carry out electrical installations, fault-finding, and repairs in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Perform general building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and fabric repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, completing risk assessments and method statements as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work completed, using company systems to log tasks and updates.
  • Liaise with clients on-site, providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the office team and other engineers to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Electrical Qualifications: Must hold relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer within the facilities maintenance industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge across various building services, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Mobile Role: Comfortable with a mobile role, travelling across Swindon and surrounding areas.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Driving License: A full, clean driving license is essential.
