Location: Canary Wharf
Salary: £53,000 + Plenty of Overtime
Hours – Monday to Friday Days 8AM – 5PM

This is a rare opportunity for you to work for a Leading FM company, as Engineering Supervisor, delivering building maintenance to a Brand New Residential Complex located in Canary Wharf. PRS Recruitment are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor who can organise Planned Maintenance Schedules, supervise building control systems, and lead a team of maintenance engineers to maintain landlord services in a large commercial building.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a high end residential environment and will understand the demands required to maintain it to a desired level.
Candidates must have a strong technical understanding and must also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the commercial building services environment, a strong understanding of how cooling towers operate will be beneficial.
Package includes a salary of £53,000, OT, Company Pension, Career Pathways, PLUS MUCH MORE!!
Duties will include:
- Organise and manage all planned and reactive maintenance.
- Manage a team of multi-skilled engineers (Electrical and Mechanical)
- Ensure health and safety is adhered to and all paperwork is complete to correct standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms.
- Ensure reactive maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the contract.
- Manage minor improvements.
- Attend client meetings.
- Manage contractors.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 Electrical installation or recognised equivalent
- 17th or 18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) Registration or Recognised equivalent or
- Approved apprenticeship or appropriate experience within Building Services
- Health & Safety Training
- Previous Supervisory/Management experience is required.
