Van Mobile HVAC Engineer – £51,000 – London
Location: London
Salary: Salary up to £51,000 + Plenty of Overtime
Hours – Night Shift – 18:00pm – 6am (4 on 4 off rotation)
PRS is currently recruiting for a Van Mobile Mechancial HVAC Engineer to look after a Portoflio of Critical Sites across London. The successful candidate will be mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
You will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this Portfolio. Working with the maintenance team on site. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, overtime, and the chance to progress your career.

Duties:
- Ensure that fault assignments are attended, diagnosed and repaired in line with agreed contractual SLA
- Complete Breakdowns, Compressure Changes, Water Leaks, HVAC Maintenance Plant
- Ensure that suitable spares are available to complete allocated tasks
- Ensure that all relevant site documentation is held and maintained
- Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are always prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices
- To develop a good working relationship with all members of staff, subcontractors and the client representatives
- Ensure up to date plant logs are always kept up to date
- Ensure that all plant rooms under the responsibility of the organization are kept in a clean and tidy condition
- To undertake lone working when and where required, subject to passing satisfactory training
- Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI’s/SLA’s
- Ensure CAFM system is kept up to date and that Reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured
Requirements:
- City and Guilds NVQ Level 2-3 in Plumbing / Mechanical
- Able to take part in call out rota
- To hold a Full UK Driving License
